Life as a Breatharian

Breatharianism is a culture and a religion, it is a way of life, dedicated to being embraced by the light. This website is to be read like poetry, not science. Yet it becomes light science to those who understand it, and to others, only poetry.

With my website I wish to describe living on light, breatharianism, but also do my contribution to making it safer. Due to the risk of harm from breatharian attempts when one is not ready, I had chosen for years to not talk about the subject. Today my feeling is that there are already people out there practicing it and that I can contribute to trying to make it safer.

I am making a video documentary on my personal journey back to Breatharianism. I would not be surprised if it is ready before my book is! I will be posting samples from my video here. / Love and Light

" Before the schism, the energy in this reality was so harmonius so in tune with the human form and so much more powerful that we didn't eat food. We lived off the energy, because what is food, it is just holographic energy, that's what it is, and we consume food we're consuming energy. We used to live off the energy. Some people even today, it's very very difficult today because of the energy environment compared to what it was, still live off what they call prana, they live off energy they don't live off food. And what I've come to understand, is that when this energy changed, and our ability to get sustenance from energy without food changed, we needed to bridge that gap, we needed to bridge that gap between the energy that was and the energy that replaced it in a much less powerful way, and to bridge that gap for the energy requirements of the computer was to eat food. Activation of the Light Body
Superimposed with the physical human body, is a nonphysical body which consists not of atoms. One aspect of the nonphysical body are the chakras, with its seven main chakras. Chakras are energy centers. The seven main chakras are positioned in a vertical sequence, starting with the first chakra at the base of the spine, and with the seventh chakra at the top of the head.

The extent to which a chakra is open or closed depends on the consciousness of the individual. Emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and consciousness, all supply the chakras with nonphysical input which presents a corresponding extent of activation of the chakras. Chakras can open more or close more throughout a lifetime.

Negative thoughts or emotions, and unconsciousness, block and even close chakras. Only a person with all seven chakras open, can activate the light body, and achieve the experience of living on light. And for that, it takes consciousness, and pure thoughts and emotions.

The white light, which is experienced, and which is experienced to nourish the human body, soul and mind, is not accessible to all, but only to those whose nonphysical body is ready to take it in; by alignment of the chakras, through consciousness, thoughts, and emotions, so that one already is matched in vibration with that of the white light, before the white light will enter.

The challenge to living on light, is not to somehow learn how to stop eating. The reason why not eating seems to work, in the beginning, is because once you are no longer eating, you are no longer taking in nonphysical substance of lower vibrations, and so you reach higher up in vibrations, to where you can almost grasp a hold or a glimpse of the white light. But then that is not enough. To reach living on light is not about what you are eating; it is a process achieved purely in the mind, thought, emotions, and consciousness. Then the body will follow. Food is only a consequence of your vibrations. If your vibrations are low, you eat the dense physical foods. And when your vibrations are high, as high as white light itself, it becomes what nourishes you. But, always eat, what ever your food may be.

The Light Body
When all seven chakras are open and perfectly aligned, the light body can activate. In the beginning, all chakras are black once not open. Once a chakra opens, it takes on its color, with the first one being the red chakra, and then orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet as the seventh. When all seven are active and perfectly opened, through consciousness, something magical can happen, the seventh chakra will turn into a white one. This is the opening of the lotus flower. At even greater, and purer, consciousness, also the indigo chakra on the forehead turns white. Essentially all chakras can transform into their white counterpart, moving downwards, but by now we are talking about highly Ascended Masters, the greatest of consciousness.

The white light enters only into a body that is ready in consciousness, so that mind and light can already be the same, because this white light will not find itself in a place that is not already what it is, or the two would have a struggle to change one another, and this light is of great integrity and does not want to change... and so while you are of lesser consciousness than that of the light, in that struggle as you hold on to who you are, the light could not exist in a place where it cannot merge, when you cannot merge.

The activation of the Light Body is a beautiful thing, and it only happens once the violet chakra has turned into white. White light floods into your body from atop your head and through this new, white chakra, and later it finds its way into you also through your arms and elsewhere of your body. You become a Light Being, a body of light, and the physical becomes of lesser importance. Physical food is no longer necessary, as your body is being fed by the light.

Breatharianism, Living in Light
Breatharianism can be thought of as a culture or as a religion. A culture since it involves a way of life, a way to feel, a way to think, a way to enjoy life in a particular and unique way different from that of other cultures, and as a religion, as it involves your particular understanding and closeness to the greater consciousness, with an understanding of self, purpose, and life.

Breatharianism must not have religious leaders, who tell others what to think or who to be, instead, this is a journey of self-discovery, that each does on their own, to a greater consciousness of self, that is entirely free and independent of what others think or say, you find out on your own. Breatharianism is a consequence of Consciousness, and Consciousness is a personal journey, in which you find yourself, on your own.

Breatharianism must not be a cult, that tells you what to give up or what to embrace into your life. In it, you make all your own decisions, based on what is most meaningful to you.

Breatharianism doesn't cost anything, it does not have any churches, and it does not tell you to give away anything that has meaning to you. And, true Breatharianism does not tell you not to eat or to drink; it merely describes how achieving consciousness would have that as a natural consequence. Starvation, thirst, hunger, and suffering, will not be essential parts of Breatharianism. There is no harm from Breatharian practice or way of life, so long it is not misunderstood by those who try to understand it.
